Women's Ministry

Statement of Purpose

As women who believe that Jesus is more than a part of our lives and that He is our life, we purpose to be with Him and th become more like Him. To know, to claim, and to apply His transforming power in every area of our lives. We purpose to establish a women's ministry based on a foundation of prayer and God's Word with a view to helping the women in the church draw closer to Him and to experience His presence in their lives in a way that encourages others to seek Jesus.

Goals

1. To minister to the needs of our women (single or married) of all ages and in all stages of life.

2. To encourage personal spiritual growth toward maturity.

3. To encourage women to serve the body using their spiritual and leadership gifts.

4. To encourage outreach in missions and evangelism.

5. To provide opportunities to reach out in the community.

6. To celebrate that we are women.
